This home sleeps eight guests in three bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom is outfitted with a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a twin daybed. A guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination is shared between the two. A half bathroom is conveniently located between the kitchen and dining area.
The nearby beach, with its tide pools and beautiful sand, is a quick seven-minute walk from your front door. Stay close to home, or get out and explore the surrounding area. Your central location puts everything Lincoln City has to offer within easy reach.

This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.
