La Jandrine – Charming House with Private Heated Pool and Large Enclosed Garden

How about spending your next vacation at La Jandrine, a countryside holiday home with its own private pool?



Located 25 minutes from Montignac-Lascaux and Périgueux, and 40 minutes from Sarlat-la-Canéda, the house sits in a hamlet just 900 meters from a village with a bakery, bar, and hiking trails.



The house sleeps 12 plus a baby, with 5 bedrooms including a mezzanine. The spacious 60 m² living room features a stone fireplace, exposed beams, and stonework. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are two bathrooms with walk-in showers and two toilets. Baby equipment provided: travel cot, high chair, baby bath. Wood heating (wood supplied) and oil heating as backup. Please note: the house isn’t suitable for very tall guests and has indoor steps.



The private pool, secured by a fence and alarm, is 8x4 m (depth 0.90–1.70 m) and open April to late October, weather permitting. Pool heating is available for an extra fee, depending on weather. The 3,000 m² enclosed garden offers a hammock, loungers, parasols, barbecue, fire pit, electric plancha, garden furniture, badminton/volleyball net, ping-pong table, swing, games, toys, and pétanque balls. Two fridge/freezers, washing machine, and dryer are available.



Pets allowed (max 2). Smoking outdoors only. Wi-Fi available.



Please note: bed linen and towels are not provided. The house must be left clean and tidy; otherwise, an extra cleaning fee will apply. Cleaning service available for an extra fee.



Parties such as bachelor/bachelorette events are not allowed.
