スタッフの対応や立地条件は良いのですが、壁が薄く隣の音が聞こえました。部屋に冷蔵庫がないので部屋で買ってきたものを食べるのならば気をつけた方がいいです。ペットフリーらしくリードに繋がれてない犬が廊下を走ってました。

落ち着いた雰囲気でした

シャノン川沿いに建つホテルは外観も素敵ですが中もとても落ち着いた雰囲気ですスタッフも日本人の私に伝わるようやさしい英語で丁寧に対応してくれます部屋はとても広く､バスタブもビッグ　言うことありませんデスク上がもう少し明るければもっと高得点です

Fantastic hotel! Friendly, helpful staff. Located in an easy spot to walk pretty much anywhere. Only issue was the shower. The shower head didn’t adjust forcing us to contort ourselves to get to the water. Minor frustration for an otherwise great experience.

Bathroom was tiny, mouldy and outdated. Rest was okay. Location is great, parking right next door.

Needs to be cleaned...

I didn't have high expectations going into the hotel as it was just a one night stay for a business trip. There were a couple of things that were odd first one being that I had a 2 single bed room even though I had requested one bed. The bath was extremely filthy with hair in the drain and just dirt in the bath. In general it seemed like the room wasn't hoovered in a while with some dead bugs and random dirt and fluff on the floor. The one thing that was offered, the kettle also wasn't working in the room. For what I paid, it was a very unfortunate experience. The staff was very nice and friendly though and the breakfast was nice as well. The waiting staff in the restaurant were an absolute delight.

The hotel was very clean and nice. The only thing I didn't like was that they have signs stating that you can't bring outside food into the hotel. This is quite a inconvenience to the traveler. They were very gracious and did not enforce the rule on our party.
