スーパーマーケットが目の前、24時間営業のコンビニ(Listo, tambo )が徒歩3分くらい、ミラフローレスのメインストリートが目の前、メトロポリターノの駅も徒歩6分くらいと立地は非常に良い。 バスルームが汚いのはマイナス。

良い所なのに、設備の不便さが残念
ドミトリーの部屋の電気も、個別に渡されるカード式のルームキーを差し込まなければ使用できない点、シャワー室内に棚やフックなど何も取り付けられていない点など、宿泊スペースの設備に関して不便に感じる事がいくつかありました。ベッドによっては、近くに電源が無い所もありました。 キッチンなどは設備が充実していて、共用エリアは居心地が良かったので、宿泊スペースの不便さが目立ち、残念でした。 宿泊者向けに食事の割引の案内が出ていたもののチェックイン当日にしか適用されなかったり、ウェルカムドリンクは20時ちょうどでなければ出してもらえなかったり、様々なサービスが提供されているにも関わらず限定項目が多く、変なシステムだなと思いました。 併設されているバーでは、予定されていた音楽イベントが2時間ほど遅れて開始され、夜中になっても音が部屋まで聞こえていました。 チェックイン時のベッドリクエストに応えてもらえたり、大きなゴミを個別で捨ててもらえたり、受付スタッフさんの対応はとても親切でした。

便利で快適なホテル
親切で、たいへん過ごしやすかった。空港へのタクシーの手配もしてくれた。 ただ、3ヶ月以上ペルーに滞在している娘と泊ったら、追加の税金を取られた。この点はあらかじめ対処できないか。

Experiência muito boa.
Ficamos em um apartamento dois prédios depois da recepção. O apartamento estava bastante limpo, tinha itens de higiene pessoal para uso ilimitado, cama confortável e bom ar-condicionado. Por estar localizado próximo a ruas de muita movimentação de carros, era possível escutar o barulho do tráfego de veículos, mas nada que nos incomodou demais. Apenas achei relevante destacar pois se alguém for sensível a barulhos, de repente esse seria um ponto negativo. O café-da-manhã é padrão internacional, senti falta de mais opções de bebidas frias (apenas uma água saborizada). Em resumo, foi uma experiência satisfatória.

El día 28/09/23 viví una experiencia muy desagradable en el hotel pues una señorita que trabajaba como practicante en el hotel se dirigió a mi de manera irrespetuosa, poco cordial y prepotente. No era necesario que adoptara esa actitud ofensiva. Presente mi reclamo ante el hotel pero hasta la fecha no se han pronunciado.

Hotel muy bien ubicado cerca de comercios y restaurantes, con lo básico para una buena estadía. No hay mayores lujos o detalles, la atención podría mejorar. Hay mejores opciones.

Excelente propiedad , muy buen personal. Hace años que soy huésped de Selina y siempre lo elijo por su gente. Ronald, Guillermo, Majo, Héctor, Pia, sus líderes Silvina y Carla, y muchos más . En esta oportunidad conocí dos nuevos trabajadores que vale la pena mencionar, María de cafetería por su predisposición y alegria, y un pasante llamado Daniel por su calidez humana. El único detalle a mejorar la es que lamentablemente compartí habitación con una persona llamada James, que es alcohólico, por la noche tomaba y hacía muchos ruidos en el baño, a tal punto de orinar el baño y hacerlo imposible de utilizar ( un asco). En 3 oportunidades manifesté mi descontento en recepción, si bien algo mejoró y se me ofreció cambiar de habitacion, a mi humilde parecer esa no es la solucion. Ese tipo conductas no Merecen ser clientes de Selina. Tal vez otra persona que sea su primera experiencia tomaría la postura de no volver más a Selina.

Por problemas en Migraciones en el aeropuerto no me dejaron ingresas al Perú. Y en el hotel me cobraron la noche igual. Pésima atención al cliente.
