ホスピタリティーに優れた清潔なホテル

飛行機に乗り遅れたため、突然初めてのペルーでの夜をリマで過ごさなければならなくなり、空港でオンライン予約し、そのままホテルに向かいました。チェックイン時間にはまだかなりあったのですが、チェックインさせてくれました。(フロントの方がとても親切で、おまけに私の第2外国語であるトルコ語を話してくれて、不安感がかなり和らぎました)。空港までの送迎も15分毎にあり便利でした。

空港に到着してカウンターで頼むとすぐに送迎車が来てくれた。フロントスタッフもとても親切でにこやかに対応。エレベーターもカード先になっており、利用者以外は他の階に行けないようになっているため安全。部屋には暗証番号式の簡易金庫あり。インターネット接続、速度ともに問題なく快適に使える。部屋も清潔で清掃が行き届いている。

This is a great place to just be before or right after a flight. It is clean and convenient. It is also quite secure. It is noisy because of the airport and the traffic.

Shuttle very easy and very convenient. Only a few minutes wait at airport and under five minutes to hotel. Check in efficient. Provided early access to room. Concierge very helpful with Uber to city centre Restaurant expensive but reasonable quality. Very clean hotel

Very convenient to Lima airport for short layover Concierge excellent / needed transport to specialty restaurant we had booked on the ocean /he got a excellent driver who waited and returned us to the hotel

Very enjoyable and close to the airport. They have a shuttle that goes back-and-forth to the airport every 15 minutes so makes it super convenient. Nice breakfast buffet as well.

The staff was amazing! We felt so safe and comfortable in this hotel. We booked a Uber (which we heard mixed reviews about using, but we saved money and just as easy) and the security guard at the hotel checked the car, got the license plate, and asked the driver some questions before we got in, so great. The hotel had a free shuttle that dropped us off right at the front and the staff was so accommodating.

Arrived following delays and tired, shuttle was no wait, check in took minutes and room spotless and comfortable. Toiletries available so limited unpacking and wide ranging dinner menu available 24 hrs. Woke up next day to fantastic buffet breakfast and rested ready to travel - exactly what you want from an airport hotel

I was impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, including great bar and restaurant, great breakfast buffet. Excellent king size bed, shower, toiletries, decoration, great TV options, good wifi. Glad we stayed here overnight to fly today to Cusco

We were a little worried as the area near the airport isn't as great as some other areas of town but this was the nicest Holiday Inn i've stayed at and would recommend to others with quick travel to and from the airport.

We stayed here the night before our departure to the US. I liked the proximity to the airport. The shuttle was great, quick. Breakfast included was very good. We stayed at the Wyndham airport on our arrival to Peru which was more expensive and did not like near as well as the Holiday Inn. The Holiday Inn is much more clean and kept up. Wish we had stayed here both times.

I loved how easy and quick it was to get the shuttle inside the airport and how helpful all the staff were. The jotel is literally 5 minutes away from the airport.

Nos encantò la ubicaciòn de Holyday In...debido a que por su ubicaciòn...no tuvimos problema de tràfico para llegar a tiempo al aeropuerto. Aparte de su excelente servicio de transporte hacia el mismo, nos facilita mucho nuestras diligencias. Excelente servicio y atenciòn de su personal.
