The hotel is conveniently located, clean, comfortable, run by professionals with great customer service. I was very impressed with Gabriela (food service staff), but all staff members were excellent. Breakfast was delightful with both sweet and savory items. I would absolutely stay there again.

This Hotel is in an amazing location. It is close to Kennedy Park which is close to a lot of restaurants. Few minutes drive to Barranco. Room is huge and clean. Nayeli is one amazing person. My room always clean after i come back from either a whole day tour or just from strolling around miraflores/Barranco! Hotel staff are also kind and warm. Always smiling and always saying Hi! You’ll feel welcome everytime!! This place is worth every penny. Also, eventhough it is right next to like main road or something, This hotel is very quiet. You wont hear the cars from outside.

Staff were great, polite and helpful; the room clean and comfortable, I don’t give them a 5 stars because there is no A/C; good thing it wasn’t summer; but for winter or fall is good. The Wifi is in and off depending where you are. Breakfast and lunch were good; Location was great - In general good place to stay

stayed at this hotel for 2 different stays. both times were fantastic, but this stay was even better! we were going back home early, the staff got us a taxi in the most convenient way EVER (nicest taxi staff too). breakfast is also amazing at this hotel and AMAZING location as well

Staffs are nice as long as decent breakfast.The location felt safe and walking distant to Kennedy's Park. However, the rooms could use some improvement— especially the beds and mattresses, which were noisy every move There was also some mold in the bathroom that needs attention.
