This is an older complex. It is not a five-star resort and Wi-Fi can get finicky during peak hours, but it is clean, cozy, and safe.
Must be 25 years of age or older. Must provide a photo of a government-issued ID. Used for quiet enjoyment. One parking spot included - labeled with unit number. Absolutely NO PETS. $55 minimum fee if violated.
