This hotel has a very different vibe and as a baby boomer I'm not sure I was the demographic that they were aiming at. Everything was great though I would not really recommend the food - there are too many better options nearby.

We enjoyed the room and location of this hotel… and that’s about it. A few annoyances with a slow check in (their internet system was down and it took over 15 minutes to pay the city tax for our stay), a deafening fire alarm that went off our first night (no communication was offered to guests and we assume there was no actual fire?), and the first night our room was cleaned we came back after a day out to discover our door was left open. There are a lot more options in Lille, wouldn’t recommend this one.

Un bel hôtel qui gâche ses possibilités
Établissement dans un bel écrin , mariant le design et l’ancien . Cependant il faut penser à faire le ménage même sous les lits , à s’assurer de la fluidité des ascenseurs et escaliers. Le jour de mon arrivée on se serait cru dans le métro parisien. Ascenseurs sous dimensionné et l’escalier ne permet pas de rejoindre le lobby . Merci également de fournir des outils qui fonctionnent à votre personnel pour le Check in et Check out afin d’optimiser l’accueil des clients .

Aucun problème particulier. Le parking était complet mais il y a un parking public sécurisé à proximité (600m).

La chambre est bien dans l'ensemble, mais pas très propre, toilette pas propre, et encore un emballage de médicaments dans la douche .. La literie a changer, on sens les ressorts du matelas. Pour 150€ la nuit c'est un peu juste

Main issue was the property advertised parking on Expedia but this was not available at check in so had to find public parking 15 min walk away. Rooms are small but functional, clean and quiet. Staff at the bar are friendly but unfortunately not trained in even the simplest of cocktails, so I'd recommend going for drinks elsewhere. City centre is an easy 10 min walk away.

Eclectic comfort in Lille
Lovely laid-back easy going hotel just off Lille city centre. Staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were spotlessly clean, quiet, stylish and very comfortable. The breakfast was first rate and it was a lovely place to kick back and enjoy the eclectic surroundings.
