Kaua'i Beach Villas D13 Unit B, Studio Room connected to the main condo with a private entrance (the front corridor is shared with Unit A). Ground Floor with Garden Patio, Walk to the beach for sunrise and sunset.
Also available to rent is 1-Bedroom Unit D13 #A. Unit A and B have a shared front door corridor area. Kauai Beach Resort Access with NO resort fees, free parking and Wifi!

This beautiful Hawaiian plantation-style resort is situated oceanfront on 25 lush acres of Kauai's eastern shore. Conveniently located just 6-minutes by car to the Lihue airport, 3-minutes to the Wailua Golf Course, and 6-minutes to nearby Lydgate Beach Park, Kamalani Playground, and the Wailua River Fern Grotto.

Enjoy 4 pools with lagoon-styling and tropical waterfalls. Children and adults alike will not want to leave the sandy bottom pool complete with a waterslide. Located in a beautiful area with many shopping and dinning places nearby. The room definitely needed some maintenance but for a short trip it was alright. Very simple check-in with door codes instead of keys and they text and email you all the info you need before and during your stay.

The room was as advertised - small studio apartment. No kitchen cooking, only one chair inside, two on patio, only small fridge and microwave. One Kerig coffee pot and 6 pots- not enough for two people for 5 days. Plenty of towels and blankets.

Bedroom/bathroom surprisingly very roomy & VERY surprisingly well equipped with basic necessities to make meals & dine in if U want. Fridge had a few various drinks you may like. A big plus 4 me was keurig single cup coffee maker & many coffee single use cups in a rack. Bathroom was very nice, lots of towels for inside & outdoors, plus beach items in large closet. Weather rather wet & cloudy week. Loved nearby swimming pool & hot tub but unfortunately hot tub heater died 3 days before departure. Checked out hotel's Impressive swimming & hot tub areas but weather wasn't cooperating to what I hoped for!! Owner Kathy was awesome on text communication with my leaving something behind as well as a couple other exchanges. Trip went by all too quickly.

First night in Kauai
Came in the day before our condo reservation in Princeville was available. Very comfortable bed & pillows. The unit was just right & what we needed. Only 10 minutes from the airport. It was very clean and well maintained. There was dishes, flatware, table and chairs, keurig coffee maker, full size TV & a good sized microwave for eating takeout comfortably. Kathy was very helpful & kept us up-to-date about health regulations on the island. The bathroom was a good size, with shower/bath was ready to use, without our having to unpack soap and shampoo. We would plan to stay here, next time we come to Kauai.

Perfect place to stay near the beach
Kathy is such a gracious host. I love the little touches: refreshments in the fridge and a keurig coffee maker. The location is so convenient for walks on the beach and there is a pool with hot tub on the property if you prefer. Kathy was quick to respond to any texts to answer any questions or help with any matter. We would definitely consider staying at this location again.

This was my first experience with VBRO and it was WONDERFUL. Kathy filled the unit with everything you needed before too knew you needed it. Great location! Lovely host and all the amenities I needed.

Great place to be
The condo in Lihue was the perfect central location to any place we wanted to go. It was just what we needed to recharge each night and spend all day out. Kathy was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. Wish we never left.
