Our lovely flat in a biocompatible building with a lift is in central Lignano Sabbiadoro, just 50 m from the sea. It features an open-plan kitchenette (microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher); living/dining area with double sofa bed; two triple bedrooms (double + single bed); full bathroom with shower, double sink, and hairdryer; and a spacious balcony. Equipped with SAT-TV, A/C and heating, a washing machine, and a safe. One numbered parking space is included (100 m from the building). Sleeps up to 8 guests.°Floor level cannot be guaranteed; you may state your preference, but assignment depends on availability at check-in. °Photos are generic and representative of the accommodation type (furniture, decor, and colours may vary).

*Check-in (18/04-31/05 and 01/09-26/09): 15:00-19:00. Check-in after 19:00 is not allowed.
