Die Wohnung braucht eine Generalüberholung und eine bessere Ausstattung. Das Fenster im Bad lässt sich nicht öffnen, im Obergeschoss ist eine Gardine notdürftig durch einen Lappen ersetzt worden. Die Treppe ins Obergeschoss flößt nicht Vertrauen ein und ist teils schon lädiert. Die Küchenausstattung ist extrem verbesserungsfähig. Es fehlt ein Wasserkocher, ein Toaster, Abwaschlappen, Abtrockentücher, einen passen Stöpsel für den Abfluss UND Weingläser - und das in Italien.

Très bien, si on n'utilise pas la terrasse.

Appartement très agréable, si pas de voisins trop bruyant, mais terrasse située sous les arbres, d'où aiguilles de pin qui tombent en permanence , et fientes d'oiseaux sur carrelage, table et chaises. Très compliqué à entretenir et impossible d'y manger. Cuisine, manque de casserole.

Logement agréable, il manquait juste un peu plus de vaisselle comme des bols et des casseroles plus pratique que celle proposé car les poignées étaient en inox ...des produits nettoyants ainsi que des infos sur la région. La chambre du haut était non muni d'un rideau occultant et la salle de bain inutilisable car pas de séparation entre douche et toilette
