The building also features a coin-operated laundry (with washing machine and dryer). Located in a newly built residential complex, it is just a few steps from the beach and the center of Sabbiadoro.
The apartment, ideal for 5-6 guests, features a living room with a sofa and 1 pull-out bed, one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with 2 single beds, one single bedroom, a kitchenette, 2 bathrooms (one without a bidet), and a large terrace.
Please note that this property is not available for groups composed exclusively of young adults aged 18 to 26, to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all guests.
One small pet is allowed: 50 eur per pet/stay to be paid at the agency.
