The area is in the heart of most the historical sites, challenging walk from parking lot to hotel with luggage but that is to be expected. The staff was helpful and even provided a print out of recommended restaurants that we used and loved all the suggestions. Would stay again! 」

The balcony door is very sound proof, we can barely hear the noise from the street at night. There is an elevator to bring your luggages up. Very friendly staff and good service. "Be amazed by the spectacular view from in front of the hotel. You will see Mount Etna and the beach, and you will think, oh, I am so glad I stayed here. The view from the breakfast room is also breathtaking.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, telling us how to get where we wanted to go, how long it would take, recommendations for places to eat, etc. I sincerely appreciate it.
