They bent over backwards to make this the happiest Birthday Trip of my life. The property is exquisitely beautiful, and quiet. The food/bar is top notch. "The Astoria Hotel is perfectly located directly opposite the port—ideal if you need convenient access. Upon entry, the air-conditioned foyer felt cool and luxurious. The gentleman at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our rooms were spacious, with strong air conditioning and large, well-appointed bathrooms. The hotel is situated right next to several restaurants and cafes, and there’s convenient parking available at the rear. I would definitely stay at the Astoria Hotel again and highly recommend it."

"Beautiful rooms, very comfortable beds. Staff very friendly and super helpful. Locations isn't great free shuttle bus helps with this. No pool on site which isn't clear. Can use a pool in nearby hotel, but when we tried they weren't very keen"
