「Luis was an excellent host. He was helpful before and during our stay. He answered all of our questions quickly and offer support for our stay. The property manager, Cynthia met us as we arrived and was helpful throughout the month we were in Costa Rica. She dealt with any issues quickly. I would recommend Luis’ property to others.」

「Yes the host was fine. I'm not sure if he is new to renting a VRBO, but the condo itself had some issues. We did have some significant issues with the address to the unit., which took us hours to find in the dark with no street signs and no cell service. Some of the dishes in the cupboards had food particles on them. Pretty disgusting. They had to be rewashed before we could use them. There were not many cooking utensils in the drawer to cook with. 「We only stayed one night as this was a landing spot for us after La Fortuna and before moving on to the south. I booked it mainly for the ability to do laundry and space to move around. We enjoyed soaking our feet in the pool this morning before rushing off to our next destination. The location for different beaches and near great food and shopping was great.The host was very fast and clear in responses.」

「The light above the stove and 1 in the bathroom didn't work. The bath sink hot water valve doesn't turn easily and has no hot water. Cold water valve is a little hard to turn as well. The whole bath sink faucet needs replacing. There was a large wad of dark hair left in the shower. We thought it was a dead mouse at first. Didn't receive lockbox code as promised, but PM did respond quickly to our WhatsApp request for the code upon arrival at unit.Could use some full size beach towels.」

「Our stay in Costa Rica was exactly what we hoped for. Everything was just like the reviews said, if anything even better. The condo had everything we needed and more. The onsite laundry with soap included was super convenient, and David even had ice ready for us in the freezer, which was such a nice touch. We also made great use of the extras, pool toys, beach chairs, a cooler, and a boogie board, which made our beach days so easy. Plenty of towels, too. David was incredibly kind and helpful...
