Excellent bargain. Nice clean room.

The manager was polite and helpful. This is a check in at the window situation. It was quick and easy. Don’t expect to go in the lobby. I think they have got it right. They are good people. The property was very well lit. It was a quick choice to stay there after other accommodations fell through. It was a good decision. I was able to spend more on entertainment rather than being poor due to paying 3 times as much for the room. I will be staying there on future trips. Clean, safe ,needs repairs. If your own home is perfect feel free to give it a pass. They don’t need the criticism.

I chose this hotel because it appeared to be a quaint friendly little place in a relatively safe area. The front desk person was not pleasant to interact with and at no point did we have access to the front lobby to check in during regular check in hours. The room smelled musty and appliances were covered in dust. In addition, the tv did not work and more alarming, we could not locked the deadbolt despite multiple attempts so we had to place a chair in front on the door for some feeling of security.

Cheap towels, light didn’t work, deadbolt didn’t work, requires a deposit but charges a service fee of 250. Didn’t have a lock on the bathroom door.

The property was dirty and smelled terrible. All that was available in the bathroom was a quarter roll of toilet paper and unusable soap. The office people were judgmental and rude. I wont be vositing this hotel again.

With a low rate but some OK reviews, this place fell short of expectations. The WiFi only worked if you stood outside the office but my room was directly opposite so no go. The bed was lumpy like an old mattress and the towels were scratchy with a low grade industrial quality to them. I’d spend double to get a good nights sleep in comfort.

Poor customer service

Front desk staff was rude. The hotels.com site for Oyo clearly states that the pets charge is a certain price. The front desk attempted to charge me a higher price. I tried to show them the listing on Hotels.com, and they refused to even look. They said it’s been at (that higher) surcharge rate for over a year. They’ve been negligent in updating that on Expedia & Hotels.com then. Rude & unreasonable demeanor from front desk staff. Unwilling to compromise or even look at my booking. Will not stay here again.

I don’t like getting scammed. They want a $50 deposit, so they charge $55, then give you $50 back. This is just shady and bad business. If you need to charge more, fine. Man said it was for the 3.75% surcharge. This isn’t $5, especially of they weren’t charged anything. Woman says they just charge everyone $5 additional. They clearly do not understand American economics and feel that they can rip everyone off $5 every night. Do not activate your Apple Pay or Google then hand your phone through the window without seeing the charge first. Do not sign the receipt. This is never necessary. They do this after charging the wrong amount to show you approved it. Definitely don’t use your credit card, since they can keep this on file (can’t do this with Apple Pay) Totally shady.
