Poor skill of the front desk person

"Poor skill of the front desk person for the non-Chinese guest. Took too long for check-in even we had the reservation via Hotel.com. They insisted to pay the hotel fee at the check-in time. I told them that I already paid via Hotel.com but they didn't listen to me. So I had to pay. I am very angry. ..."
