「Wow! Veronica and Ian’s place was the perfect fit for us. We are coffee roasters and were traveling from GA to the Austin area for coffee business. After a few technical issues with the site (not their fault at all… just a glitchy site), Veronica quickly responded and helped with the issue, allowing me to book immediately! 「We were never given property access instructions. Called the listed phone number multiple times, went straight to Verizon Wireless, messaged the host multiple times with no response. Our family of 5 was left standing in the rain and thunderstorm trying to get into the property. We were forced to book a hotel last minute. The property was full of litter, beer cans, cigar huts, cigarette butts, shotgun casings and so much other debris! Absolute TRASH of a location. Infuriating to experience this…...
