I booked ONE room through hotels.com. When I checked in, the front desk informs me that I have TWO rooms booked in my name, one of which I have no clue how it got there. She tells me she’s canceling it but I still may be charged a cancellation fee. Fast forward a few hours…. I get a bank notification that an additional 119.00 has been taken from my account, on top of the $145 after taxes and whatever else that I already paid. The hotel overall is clean, and very nice, but the customer service and unexplained charges with no resolution will definitely have me staying elsewhere from here on out.
