This gem is located in the heart of the highly desired Chevy Chase where guests are able to walk to UK, the Arboretum, Kroger Field, & so much more. This unit is the right-side of a duplex equipped with all the modern-day amenities a guest could desire. Guests will live like a true Lexingtonian and will be conveniently located for all their stay needs.
This unit includes only 1 parking spot. All other vehicles will need to park along Cochran.
Located off Tate's Creek Road, our duplex is in the heart of 40502 & Chevy Chase.
Guests will have access to all open areas and supplies.

Whether in town for a sporting event, horse racing, a show at Rupp Arena, work trip, Bourbon Trail, wedding, or just an incredible weekend getaway, this home offers a 5-Star experience every guest will enjoy. Guests are only moments to campus/downtown and conveniently located between both Tates Creek/Nicholasville Rd.

Guests will be dazzled by this fashionable 40502 unit. Featuring elevated furnishings and modern-day amenities, this 2-Story property has character and style throughout. We can't even begin to describe the amount of natural light, homey feel and comfort this property possess. Featuring WiFi, guests will also enjoy a Roku TV in each bedroom.

The house is setup as follows: The 1st Floor features a comfortable living room off the entry with a large sectional, then opens to a dining room. Off the dining room you will find our small but amenity driven kitchen.

The 2nd floor features a full bathroom and 2 spacious bedrooms.
Guests are able to walk to some of the best that Lexington has to offer. Personal Vehicle is the best way to travel Central KY and Lexington. Uber is also available.

Made the visit better
I had a hotel room booked for my son and I to visit my daughter at school but my daughter talked me into staying in a house. It was a great decision-we were able to relax more and enjoy each others company more than I was expecting. Walking into the small kitchen was a delight as it was fully stocked with all needed amenities. The dining room table allowed us to play cards and games on. The wonderful large couch allowed us to watch movies and be comfortable ‘at home’. The bathroom was small, but served its purpose. The 2 bedrooms were spacious and had new bedding and mattresses which were a delight. I could not be happier with this rental. If I get back before my daughter graduates, I will be sure to reach out again!

Great stay in the perfect location
We were in town for a family celebration and visit. We had plenty of room for 4 adults and an infant. Ideal location. Walkable restaurants and shopping. House has lots of charm!

Wonderful stay
This is a perfect place to stay in Lexington. Location is ideal. The home was very clean and well equipped. I lived in Lexington for decades and this home is just where you want to be to enjoy all that the city has to offer. Will definitely stay here again.
