The apartment was clean and ready, easy to find, and an 8 minute drive to where I was working on campus at University of Kentucky. Great price.

Everything was clean. Has basic kitchen items: Has a pod coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, stove, refrigerator. Great towels. Located in apartment building with 4 units. Owner is flexible and prompt communication.
