「We came in during a really severe storm and the staff was amazing at keeping us updated on the activity of the weather. They were super friendly. Breakfast was great. Pool was closed but that's ok.」

「The night front desk gentleman was very friendly and polite. The room needed maintenance. The toilet wobbled on the floor, shower had mold and needed caulking, the sink faucet would not shut off, and the room needed to be cleaner (disposable razor cover on floor, artificial plants were on the side of the hall lavatory). Our breakfast was tasty.」

「My room was not that clean, it had a smell to it, the bathroom was where the problem was. I saw cubic air around the toilet at the bottom when using the restroom I saw a flying bug come through the bathroom, later on after taking a shower, I saw another bug crawling across the floor. The shower was either scolding, hot or freezing cold. It was very disappointing to travel thousands of miles. I’m traveling cross country and just want to take a nice shower and a shower was so scolding hot or...
