The Retreat Northeast offers an open floor plan with lots of natural light and the cozy privacy of the last home on a cul-de-sac. The large backyard and covered porch is shaded by a sprawling live oak. Nicely appointed kitchen with an oversized island for entertaining. Put on the Aggie game, eat some BBQ, and end the night watching the stars by the fire pit.

Be sure to get in line early if you have an appetite for the #1-rated BBQ in America—Snow’s. Herk’s does a top-shelf burger and there’s a local meat market in town. There’s a lively cattle auction at the barn every week. You’re equidistant (45 minutes) from the vibrant nightlife of the little big city of College Station, TX, and the urban draw of Austin.

Please ensure that all waste is disposed of in the correct bins. Placing trash in recycling or compost containers will result in a fine to cover the cost of a haul-off.
