People were very nice, beds slept really well. Shower would run hot, cold, hot, cold. Beautiful view of downtown. Nice breakfast.

The front desk staff and manager were top notch, super friendly and helpful. Every interaction with them was pleasant and made me feel happy I chose this hotel! Valet was swamped and super busy but there were several events taking place at Rupp Arena that weekend so can’t fault them! Overall a very positive stay.

The room was clean but window had broken seal and you could not see out, bathroom ceiling patch work looked horrible and we could not get the air to turn down to get the room cold. It was so hot we tried to change from heat to cool but it didn’t work.

I stayed here for a 2 night concert at Rupp arena and loved it. Free parking at a downtown hotel is almost unheard of, so that is a huge perk. Everything about my stay was pleasant. Restaurant on the property was great as were the nearby restaurants and coffee shops. I will definitely stay here again.

Location location location! We were in town for Billy Strings at Rupp Arena and it was perfect! Literally connected to the arena so there was no driving to and from our main destination. They have a nice restaurant and bar onsite, plus walking distance to many other options. I highly recommend The Hyatt Regency in Lexington. The staff were all super nice and helpful as well.

Staff was great. Perfect if going to Rupp Stadium. Room nice. Bed firm but still nice. Nice feather pillows. Full size, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower, so no need to bring yours. Also a very nice shower. I could’ve stayed in there forever.

We loved that we could access Rupp internally. Didn't like that the facility ran out of rags/towels. Our room only had one rag and there were three room occupants.

Great place to stay for event at Rupp Arena. Staff is kind and accommodated an early check-in with no problem. Guests park for free across the street in own section of the lot. Rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable!

Our room wasn't cleaned very well there was fast food wrappers under the furniture and the handle on the desk were broken. For the price we paid we expected it to be much nicer but it was on par with a hotel that cost half the price. The breakfast buffet was very good. If we hadn't been going to a concert at the arena next door we wouldn't have stayed there.

Dated/run down hotel with lackluster service. No soap was provided, the shower head was broken and caked with grime. The ceiling in the bathroom was covered with yellowed mold. Multiple discolorations on the walls and curtains. Curtains do not fully close, so the sunlight shines in bright and early. Our heating broke and when we woke in the morning, the temperature in the room was just over 30 degrees. Tried to grab a bite at the in-house restaurant just to be ignored by the bartender for over 20 minutes. Skip this place, there are plenty of better options.
