Harbor Mist Downtown Lexington Sleeps 12!

There are 4 bdrms, a dining room, living room, kitchen w/additional table & chairs, laundry room, 2 1/2 bathrooms, front porch, outside covered porch & back yard, there is lots of space for peace & quiet! This cottage has a lot of character & space inside & out. The neighborhood has historical homes as well as a historical downtown. In a 3 block radius, you can access the brewery, beach, music in the park on Fri nights, shops, theatre, restaurants, pubs & more!

Lots of space inside and out so people are not right on top of each other. There are 4 bedrooms, a formal dining room, living room, kitchen with additional table and chairs, laundry room, 2 1/2 bathrooms, front porch, outside covered porch and back yard, there is lots of space for peace and quiet! The Harbor Mist cottage has a lot of character and space inside and out. There is a front yard, side yard and large back yard for your use. Please respect our neighbors by not yelling or playing music too loud. Quiet time is 11 PM to 8 AM.

The Harbor Mist Cottage is open all year round! There is a two night minimum January 1 through the third weekend of June. We then begin weekly rentals Friday to Friday beginning the 4th weekend of June through the third weekend of August. We go back to a two night minimum through December 31. Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend have a 3 night minimum.

Note: If a cottage hasn't been reserved within 10 days of when you want to arrive, then we will rent with a two night minimum. Please email me if this situation should arise and we would be happy to allow a shorter stay.

The downtown neighborhood has historical homes as well as a historical downtown. In a 3 block radius, you can access the winery, brewery, Spartan Grocery Store, gas, the beach, the park, music in the park on Friday nights, tennis, playground, quaint stores, live theatre, restaurants, pubs and more!

All locations are within walking distance except for golf and the museums.

There is a Welcome Book inside the cottage which will give you suggestions of things to do, places to go, where to eat, golf locations, theaters, museums, medical care and more!
- -You must be 25 to rent the Harbor Mist
- - Quiet time is 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect our neighbors!
- - Smoking outside only. Butts must be picked up and put in the trash
- - Maximum of 12 people during the day and overnight is strictly enforced

- - No motor homes, campers or tents are allowed

- - Please leave the house clean when you leave

--Remove all used sheets and pillowcases as well as towels and put them on the laundry room floor.

--Put the trash can at the road on Sunday. All trash must be in trash bags. Do not leave any trash bags outside of the trash cans. Thank you!

--Make sure the key is in the lockbox before you leave.
