This was an older hotel, but it had been pretty well maintained and was clean. The staff was very friendly. For what we paid, it was a decent place to spend the night.

The room was clean and spacious. The hotel was safe and quiet except for the last morning it was there when someone downstairs had some music playing at 5 am. There is no real breakfast. You can get prepackaged muffins or granola bars in the lobby along with coffee or hot tea.The bed was extra firm but I didn't mind. This was a business related trip and as a solo female traveler I would stay here again.

Clean room. Really great space. It’s awesome to have a place where a fridge and microwave, sink and couch make it feel like you’re more at home. We called ahead around 6pm. to make the front desk aware of our late arrival after midnight - we checked in and requested a late check out - the kind gentleman said he could give us 1pm. checkout; awesome! After a few hours of sleep the phone rings and **Pam** tells me that she knows I was told we could check out at 1pm. but that is no longer the case, we MUST be out by 12pm. and no later to accommodate her staff. As we walk out to the parking lot, Pam and another employee are sitting on the curb near our car smoking cigarettes. Pam shares that she thinks people in that area are “liars” and “homophobes.” I’m so disappointed in the staff and the human experience. I hope Pam learns to be kinder to people.

Great stay!

We had a great stay here, the staff was very friendly, never had any issues about anything during our stay. Rooms are bug free, pet yard was nice and big. Beds are comfy. Probably one of my favorite hotels in the lexington area. The hotel gives family oriented vibes!

Ok for a night

The mattress in the room was worn out and needs to be replaced. The rooms are needing an uplift. The staff was friendly and helpful especially when it came to the area.

While the room was clean except the mold in the tub and the toilet wouldnt flush, thr front desk gal recleaned and sanitized the tub, put up a new shower curtain. She was very nice and accomodating. The property is not really disability friendly, but we were put on the first floor so we didnt have to climb a spiral staircase. --Did not try the grab and go breakfast. --could use newer pillows that are not rock hard. Comfortable bed just and very small room with an odd layout.

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The only good thing I'd say was the staff. Friendly and attentive. Room however was terrible. Countertop was taped up with a duct tape, and a large crack was in the shower. Floors and rolling chair were extremely dirty, dresser beat up and there was a hole in the wall. Linens and bed sheets were the only thing that made us stay in the room. Room smelled like there were smokers before. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We were embarrassed to bring our daughter to the hotel that we came to see for the parent weekend.

It was cheap, but not worth the money.

I appreciated the staff, they were friendly and helpful, but the property was run down, dirty, smelly, and the walls were thin. There was a lot of cat hair, the chair had so, so much cat hair. The drawer in the kitchen was broken. We were on vacation and passing through for a couple days, but it was not relaxing at all so we checked out after the first night. We’re a simple couple and don’t require much, and I hate to say it but it this was just terrible.
