We originally had a handicap room, but thankfully they were able to move us to another one. Really I would have given 5 stars, but they really need to fix their WIFI long in page. All the needed information is in white and the background is also white. When you have white on white it makes it very difficult to see what you need to do to log on. Everything else was fine, but that problem really needs to be fixed.

Cleaning staff was nice and polite but the woman at the desk were not very friendly and honestly seemed perturbed when asked to even come to the desk. Breakfast was horrible!! Not much to do at the hotel. But I think the thing that got the me the most was the blood on my bedding. Which I didn’t see until checking out because on the side of comforter facing the bed. Disgusting.

Bathroom light above sink was burned out, entire face of air conditioning unit was falling off, spot about the size of a basketball on the floor was extremely sticky, breakfast was sub par and cold. Mother stayed here as well and had the privacy curtain in her window falling off, and the sheer curtain had a huge hole in it. When she informed the staff, they just shrugged.

The value was good especially for that weekend! The bathroom needs attention. The wall paper was torn, ripped and stained. Something was on the wall and it looked like it was pulled off leaving holes in the wall. The caulking around the walk in shower was moldy. The room itself was nice with clean, comfortable sheets. I probably would not choose to stay there again.

From the moment we entered, there was zero greeting, in fact the man running the counter had no name tag or uniform on, just a plain tshirt. he barely spoke a word to me, didn't say anything about the breakfast times or where to find it, wifi, etc...the normal check in schpeel. Our key didnt work to our room, he tried the key, he remade a new key and that one didn't work so then he said he would move us to a new room. This room had 8 stink bugs crawling the ceiling. The wallpaper next to the shower was peeled back four inches with black mold on the wall, the room smelled like mildew, spiderwebs in the corner and dead bugs. The toilet seat had one bolt broken so you were fighting to stay on the toilet. The curtains were gross. Both coverlets on the beds had brown stains on them. The TV wasn't hooked up right and thankfully my husband was able to get around it. The only positive is the carpet seemed relatively new and the sheets seemed clean. I would not stay here again. No customer service and hotel needs a deep clean, some upgrades, bugs gone, mildew/mold problem handled ( no fan in the bathroom is a killer). It's conveniently located so it has potential.

Great location for our needs... Sadly after staying twice a year for the last 4-5 years, this property has back slided on upkeep... Room TV remotes are maddening & TV's do not reset properly... Having gone from an ice maker on each floor to just one ice maker on ground floor to dispensing at the front desk because of inferior equipment & poor majntence... Its the little things that add up that make one think twice picking this property again in the future... Only because of caring front desk guy is the only reason that salvaged our last stay... Just saying.....
