The hotel was clean snd comfortable. The staff were friendly and parking was fine. This hotel was in an area away from the other hotels and food but not too far. Short drive from The Burl.

Great value - clean, well-appointed and very comfy
Excellent, comfortable beds with a variety of pillows - extra points for pillow choices! You can tell that they made some nice-looking decor choices, but keeping it affordable. There are stovetops, storage containers, microwave, full-size fridges in the rooms as well as kitchen storage drawers and everything you need for a comfortable stay while saving travel expenses or making sure you have healthier meals you can make yourself while on the road. The room I stayed in was smallish, but just fine for a solo traveler. Would definitely choose it again for minding my budget and having a safe and clean stay!

Thin ceilings and hardwood flooring is almost always a problem for the people below. We got little sleep with the noise from upstairs even after calling the desk. Dirty fingerprints on the doors and non working stove top.

Was very pleased with our room. We had a bit of a problem with kids in the room above which was addressed by the desk clerk immediately. Will definitely use Candlewood Suites again.

Rooms didn’t smell very good. First room smelled like ammonia ir cat pee. Front desk was very helpful got us another room with no issue. Second room was ok but smelled very stale. When i notice the smell of a hotel room thats usually not a good thing.

I always give a room a good lookover before I start to unpack things. This room was quite possibly the cleanest room I have been in. Underneath mattresses was clean , very clean bathroom, excellent shower head with good pressure and more than enough hot water. Plenty of living space and everything my wife needed was in that room. Will stay at this place again when I am in this area again. Just a couple of miles south of I-75. Really liked this place

Nice hotel
Hotel was nice and staff was super sweet at check in. I think the price is a little steep for one night stay, no pool or breakfast offered due to in room services, but choices were limited.

Train your overnight employees longer
Multiple times I’ve had trouble getting checked in because the employee was new and had to make phone calls for help. Waited for over 30min to get checked in to a room that’s already been paid for via outside application.

Rude person at the desk will give away your room.
Cancelled my reservation and gave away our room. Was incredibly rude and smug when they told me. I was in for the weekend for work and they left me with no place to stay and cost me $100 in groceries since I planned on having a kitchen. Beware and stay away. Horrible place, horrible service.

It is currently being remodeled, however, the room smelled very musty!! The lobby was HEAVILY scented so bad it was burning my nose! I do have a lot of allergies, but this was a strong scent, like they were covering up something. The bathroom in our room had rusted light fixtures and terrible Workmanship on the remodel! Paint and caulk were very visible in spots they shouldn't be and there was a large chunk missing out of the wall. The staff seemed nice, but "didn't know" what the strong odor was in the lobby.
