When you inquired about a refund for the last night, we informed you that it was non refundable due to it being the day of. We strive to offer every guest an excellent stay and a super clean and comfortable room. I will stay that our smoking rooms are definitely different than our non smoking rooms. New linens don't last one night in them before getting burn holes. I do think 15 is excessive and we will have a meeting with our housekeeping staff to make sure that our standards are applied uniformly across all rooms. We have just started replacing the the mattresses in our smoking rooms and the room you stayed in was actually scheduled to get them this week.
