Clean place to stay, staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location, easy to access downtown and highways. Large parking lot and so many places to eat nearby. Good experience!

The toilet seat was dirty from someone standing on the seat. We had to scrub it with a wet wipe to get it clean. The remote was missing from the room. Their were food crumbs on the sofa cushions. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty.

We were put beside someone that had a dog and it barked off and on during the night. Also, we had a strong cigarette smell in our room. The room was reasonably clean but the smoke smell made the stay very unpleasant.

Courtney, who checked us in, was very nice and accommodating. I reserved 2 rooms, but one of them was messed up. She changed our room without any problem at all. The other receptionists there were also friendly. It was very clean and you could smell the cleanliness of it.

I felt this was an excellent hotel considering the price. It was well-kept, clean, and had all the typical amenities. The breakfast offering was still pretty good. I didn't use the indoor pool or exercise room but they both looked to be in very nice condition.

Not worth the money
I got in at midnightbut booked my room hours before that. They said they had no clean rooms available. They "upgraded" me to a suite. It smelled musty and like smoke. The carpet and bathroom floor was filthy. Definitely not one of those hotels you would want to walk around barefoot in ypur room.

Ok for an overnight. First room smelled heavily of smoke, which I would have tolerated. But when I turned the bed down there was something gross on the sheets and top sheet. Maybe mold?? Asked for a new room and was promptly given a nicer room. However, the bed had a HUGE indent on one side and the pillows were tiny. Very noisy (trains, people in other rooms, toilets flushing, cars outside, hallway noise. People were very friendly and accommodating and breakfast was good.

Reception efficient, friendly and quick to offer an upgraded room because our heater didn't work. We simply took an equivalent room next door that showed its age. Everything worked. Good, quiet sleep. Breakfast minimal.
