Absolutely the worst motel experience I have had. The walls and doors are paper thin. The noise from the other guests sounded like they were in my room. Sleep was impossible. It was so bad that I left at 2:00 am and slept in my car. I informed the front desk and they weren’t supprized

The bed was awful. It was broken and you roll to one side. The desk chair looked someone used it for a dart board.

Someone broke into a car in the parking lot during the night. Another car got hit during the night. Staff was inattentive.

The staff was stellar! Very kind and friendly! The property is very old and in need of remodeling. The carpet is worn in the halls and duct taped in some areas. The room is okay. The bed was comfortable enough but nothing to rave about. The curtains were falling off the window, and the floor was sticky and dirty. My white socks became black so I wore my tennis shoes and they made the sticky sound as I walked. Other than that, it was clean, linens, tub, etc was good. For the price, it was a great deal. I would probably opt not to stay here again just because the floors were not clean in my room.

The general manager Cherokee at the hotel is amazing and very helpful, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend if you are staying in the Lewiston Clarkston area you book your room at Inn America

Dilapidated trailer with various occupants, 15 bikes, various people and dogs allowed to take residence in parking lot. No screens on lower floor windows.

Had no room service for the two nights we stayed yet someone went through our bags and stole my husbands pain medication. Dogs barking in the hallway at night. Very noisy! Fan in the room sounded like a jet taking off. Booked this having never been there. If you stay here take your medicine and valuables with you when you’re out of the room.

front desk staff at check was civil but not warm and friendly nor welcoming, inadequate communication as they had failed to connect our extended reservation to original (added 1 more day); the fact that maid service was not provided daily was not communicated to us so expectations not met, even on request there was no maid service, had to bring garbage and towels to front desk

Laurie? At the front desk is AMAZING - so kind and courteous and adore her and she needs a raise - Housekeeping - fire them - the filthiest most disgusting room I have ever stayed in - I have payed less and got more. Beer cans and bottle caps under bed with used napkins - the smell was so bad I had to use perfume and spray it down just so I could get some sleep. The wonderful young lady at the desk brought me new linens - I was rightfully skeptical of what I was sleeping on/in? - I will never stay here again and being from the area - everyone will know - pay more or if you’re in a pinch or feel free to sleep in your car - it’s quieter and cleaner. I wish I wasn’t exhausted from a long trip otherwise I would have left -

Felt i was targeted "harassed" by an an employee that wasnt even scheduled to work. I had the late 12: 00 checkout. It was in the computer. This person calls me immediate twlling me checkout was at 11. I said did you not see i got late checkout? Then shed saod oh.. i dont have my glasses on i dont even work today. And that was it. She was a ex girlfriend .and i believe she seen inwas here and immediately wanted to mess with me and called before checking and i know it was to mess with me

We don't start calling rooms till 11:30 to remind people of the 11 oclock check out. Sometimes it is missed with late check outs, we appologize.

It was a budget place, so the price was decent and the breakfast was decent. The staff were nice. One mattress in our room had no padding so you could feel the springs in your back and hips. The room smelled, like it used to be a smoking room but it wasn’t. And the electrical for the bathroom was switched: the fan was on a switch while the light was on a timer. I’m thankful for a place to stay, but would prefer better conditions.

You get what you pay for
Greeting was pleasant. The room was a bit stark with the laminate flooring and white light when we walked in the room. Curtains did not draw all the way closed as a part was broken. There was a lot of hallway noise. Doors to other rooms were quite loud when they closed and we could hear people above us walking back and forth and next door talking. The room was clean, bed was nicely made but pillows were lumpy and thin which made watching tv uncomfortable.

It has gone downhill
This place has gone downhill in the last couple of years. They have done some remodeling, with laminate flooring and paint but they need to do a major overhaul. The paint is peeling, the whole place has a musty, stale smell. Breakfast was nothing special, pre-packaged muffins and other similar items. The shower curtain in our room was ripped and yellow, it used to be white. One of the drawers would not stay closed, there was a stain on the lamp shade. There are some "long term" residents that hang out in the lobby. When I checked in, the lady at the front desk was rushing, more eager to talk to a long term resident than help me. She told me nothing about the motel, breakfast, if housekeeping would come to our room (they never did), or when checkout was, nothing. We probably won't be staying here again.

It looks like they’ve tried to update this property with new paint and floors. Unfortunately we were in the first room across from the front desk and heard every ice collection, conversation and door slam all night long. The neighbor next door had his tv on all night which we tried to drown out with the fan. Luckily we only spent one night. It is close to everything which is nice.

It’s nice. We weren’t asking for much. You can definitely smell the cleaners in the halls, which we didn’t mind because at least you know it’s being cleaned. Night time desk person was sweet and nice. The kids were super happy.

For the price, I thought it was much better than expected. Clean, comfortable, staff was really nice. The one thing I would like improvement on was the breakfast. Some sort of fruit, even inexpensive bananas would have been nice.
