「I stayed for a week and was extremely pleased with the entire experience. I saw that they allowed dogs and was worried that it might have that "dog smell" but there was nothing but a pleasant, clean smell everywhere. The bed was comfortable, the amenities were great and every staff member that I interacted with was friendly and helpful. 「Great quiet location near the ferry that allows pets. Very close to Rehoboth and Bethany boardwalks for our pre-teen. The place is clean with pet sensible furnishing. I read the other reviews about out-dated furniture but I wouldn’t expect luxury carpeting/furniture at a pet friendly beach rental. We saw dolphins several times throughout our stay, both at the beach and from the porch. Just great to be steps away from a quiet beach! 」

「This is a lovely quiet neighborhood. We did not use the pool. I think you actually need a pool pass or something.the only issue we had was the trash outside was overflowing. We didn’t get to enjoy the little porch as the can was right there. 」
