Just a few steps from the lake this Yuba house is part of an exclusive Lakeside Home experience in Utah. Newly built with Large rooms and plenty of hangout space this home is perfect for family fun and company retreats! All 4 bedrooms have a master bedroom style setup with attached bathrooms! Theres lots of trails for biking, side by sides, running, motorcycles and more. We also have kayaks and paddle boards at the house for lake fun. We have a private dock for fishing and parking boats

Already dreaming of booking again.

This property was dreamy, with endless hours of fun on the lake, perfect lawn area for yard games, hot tub, and absolutely breathtaking evenings on the deck. We stayed with our family of 30 for a great reunion and time. We absolutely loved it.

A Great Family reunion spot

We loved our stay at the lake house! The set up of the house was perfect for our extended family with plenty of beds and bathrooms. It’s a great location for trail riding and lots of lake fun. And we had the beach to ourselves The only downside is that Yuba Reservoir is extremely low which made it a bit of a hike down to the beach.

Beautiful lakeside home - perfect getaway far from crowd and skylines. Board games, hot tub, fresh air, long walks, hiking trails, 3-4 hrs drive to Zion and Moab, daydreaming and journaling - above all reconnected with self, family and nature! Thank you

Family Christmas

The house was beautiful. Very well stocked. The kitchen even had spices. There had been some snow the night before and the driveway is not paved so it was difficult to get up the driveway (uphill) to the house without 4WD. The owner was on a flight and we could not contact him so we were frustrated, but the moment the owner got off the flight he contacted us. He had a neighbor come and plow the driveway and then we were able to drive up to the house. There was a power outage which was beyond the owners control, but he stayed in contact with the power company until power was restored. We actually have fond memories of huddling around the gas fireplace in the dark on Christmas Eve until the power came back on. I think this would be a fun place to come back to in the summer and enjoy the lake. The home had games and plenty of room. We loved it!

Wonderful retreat

Beautiful, quiet surroundings and an enjoyable clean living space. We had 6 adults and 7 boys between the ages of 4-12. Plenty of indoor/outdoor play space. Nerf gun wars, board/card games, fun by the water, and campfires. Lots of space. Everyone felt like they could relax in quiet areas or be involved. Large gathering space for meals and games. Owner was great to communicate with. Highly recommend and looking forward to coming back.
