Our house is centrally located in Leutasch and offers a magnificent view of the surrounding mountain scenery and the ski slopes. All important stores for daily needs, the cross-country ski trail, the ski lift as well as bars and restaurants are within easy walking distance.

Our apartments are characterized by exclusive Swiss stone pine furniture handmade by a local carpenter. The spacious bathrooms have luxurious, spacious showers, adding a further elegant touch to our accommodation.



The Blockhaus Sonnenspitz is our most exclusive apartment with a magnificent view over Leutasch, the local ski slope and the surrounding mountains. The apartment has two sun-drenched balconies. The large windows make it a very bright apartment. It sleeps up to six people with two bedrooms and a folding bed/sofa. Each bedroom has its own closet. There are two bathrooms, each with a toilet and shower. The bathrooms are equipped with monsoon showers. The breakfast corner is cozy in Tyrolean style in the living area indekriert.
