Some good some bad. Bad first, the wifi is barely existent, the rooms are cluttered, with curtains that are frayed and falling apart, The good, comfortable pillows and beds, and if you can get a massage with the gal that comes into the hotel, she is phenomenal! She was easy to book with, and flexible with her schedule.

The customer service at this hotel was excellent. Our room heating was not working another, amazing room. The dinner option suggested was a wonderful experience as well. Extremely clean and welcoming facilities.

The room i got was the executive room and was a extremely nice room. The coffee on offer was also extremely nice. I stay here on each of my business trips to Letterkenny and on a rare occasion get this upgrade

I ordered room service which seemed to be a bother. No cutlery arrived nor did the wine I ordered. In the morning food came on time but no butter for the toast. All a bit hit or miss. They did remove the service charge for the breakfast but at 22 euro for a club sandwich. I expected better. Not keen to make a recommendation.

Highly recommend.
It was a family emergency at hospital & I needed a place to stay. It was fabulous and the staff were very kind & helpful. I ended up booking the next night as well the restaurant was excellent! I look forward to staying again when I can take advantage of the beautiful pool & hot tub area. It looks so clean & relaxing. Highly recommended

Eigentlich ist das Hotel in den öffentlichen Bereichen recht hübsch. Aber vor allem die laute Lage hat uns gar nicht gefallen (selbst in angeblich ruhigen Zimmern), das Bett war nicht bequem und die Bettdecke viel zu warm. Lediglich das Frühstück sticht positiv heraus.

Hotel was beautiful. We arrived around 730, so we were told we probably couldn't get seated for dinner. I did pay 64£for a 3 course meal that we were unablr to have. I felt that the receptionist was a bit rude when I was told I had to place my room service order through her. We were not told anything about breakfast that was supposed to be included, so we weren't able to take advantage of that either.

The hotel lobby is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and provide excellent service. From our room you could hear the band playing in the bar which we didn't mind. Overall a great stay.

Average stay
The hotel is on a busy road and little outdoor space. The outside part of the bar was very noisy on the day time. We had a clean room and the most comfortable bed and pillows. It was noisy with the window open and a bit warm with it shut. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was varied but the cooked breakfast we didn’t rate. Eggs hard, hash brown tough. This was a surprise as the meal we had in the bar was very good. Overall ok but we wouldn’t stay again.
