Welcome to our bright and spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bath basement suite! Conveniently located in the mature and quiet neighborhood of Ridgewood Heights, this suite is only minutes away from the University of Lethbridge, access to beautiful coulee trails, bus stop, and other amenities such as grocery stores, fast food locations and restaurants. This space is perfectly suited for both short-term and long-term stays.

The suite includes a Queen sized bed, Double bed, Twin bed, large walk-in closet, laundry and dryer, a full kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, 2 Smart TV's, Disney+, Netflix, a fireplace, guest controlled heat and A/ C, a desk, and much more!

Please be aware that this is our home and we live upstairs with our three young children. We are very conscious of noise, but you may hear our children from time to time.

The basement suite is completely private and self-contained with its own entrance to the right side of the home with keyless entry. Parking is available for guests on the right side of the driveway.

Beautiful basement suite

I spent a couple of nights at this property... Convenient location, clean and modern with all the amenities as listed in the description. Be aware that small children live above so be prepared for pounding of lil foot steps on the ceiling and children noises. I'm a grandma so I'm accustomed to this level of noise but if you are looking for quiet, you may be disappointed. I would stay here again and again.

Neat and Well Equipped.

Overall a great place. Super clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect! Owners were great to deal with and very prompt. The only downside was the early morning wake up from the noise upstairs! Would stay again though!

We needed to add a day to our trip and without hesitation Devin accomidated. Very easy to contact. The location is great for the area since it has no hotels close by. The basement suit is very clean and stocked well with everything that was needed. The extra towels in the closet was very nice. Next time we are in for a visit we would book this property again.

Very nice place

It was clean and really bright. There was welcome snacks for us which was cute. The host was quick to answer any questions. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling to Lethbridge.

Great stay!

This place is awesome. We needed a place for one night on our road trip and this place was great. It was clean, functional and spacious. It could easily sleep a family of 4-6 people comfortably. The welcome snacks and drinks were much appreciated and the shower is amazing. Everything was great. Thank you!

Great place to stay!

This is a clean and well kept space that is exactly as described. I stayed by myself but would be great for families as well. Property is in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Welcome snacks were a nice touch. Definitely would recommend staying here.
