Basement suite & fenced yard

  • Cozy basement suite with large fenced yard. A Queen bed in the bedroom and a double futon in the living room area. Walking distance to hospital, close to lake, parks and shopping.

    The space

    ~Make your self at home in this lovely basement suite, equipped with everything you may need.

    ~Rest well in the comfortable bed with soft linens and luxurious velvet blankets, with extra pillows and blankets if needed.

    ~Enjoy the private fenced backyard and propane BBQ

    ~Pet friendly property. Feel right at home by bringing your furry loved ones with you for an extra fee.

    Other things to note

    There is an outdoor fire pit. Should you choose to have a bonfire, (considering there is no fire ban) you may at your own supply of wood. There is a small axe there for you to use.
    On the back of the house is a hose so if you choose to have a bonfire PLEASE make sure you put it out when unattended.
