Basement suite & fenced yard

Cozy basement suite with large fenced yard. A Queen bed in the bedroom and a double futon in the living room area. Walking distance to hospital, close to lake, parks and shopping.

The space

~Make your self at home in this lovely basement suite, equipped with everything you may need.

~Rest well in the comfortable bed with soft linens and luxurious velvet blankets, with extra pillows and blankets if needed.

~Enjoy the private fenced backyard and propane BBQ

~Pet friendly property. Feel right at home by bringing your furry loved ones with you.

Other things to note

There is an outdoor fire pit. Should you choose to have a bonfire, (considering there is no fire ban) you may at your own supply of wood. There is a small axe there for you to use.
On the back of the house is a hose so if you choose to have a bonfire PLEASE make sure you put it out when unattended.
