Cottage 'Le Tilleul' with Large Private Garden & Terrace in the Heart of Authentic Ardèche

Nestled in Lespéron, Ardèche, Gîte Le Tilleul invites you to discover unspoilt nature. Near Lake Naussac (swimming, water sports centre, fishing), it is ideal for exploring Ardèche's medieval villages, markets and hiking trails.



This spacious 90 m² cottage in a renovated farmhouse with mountain views sleeps up to 8. It has a living room with 3 sofa beds (1 double, 2 singles), a dining area for 6–8, an equipped kitchen, a shower room with toilet and a large bedroom with 2 double beds. TV.



Outside, enjoy a shaded garden, covered terrace, plancha grill, stone table and a 1,000 m² meadow at your disposal.



Household linen and a complete bedding pack are optional, available for an extra fee. 1 dog welcome. Tourist accommodation, not suitable for construction workers.
