Balcony + terrace gravel + ground. Linen + beds made on arrival. Baths Aix les Bains and Challes les Eaux. Waterbody located at 3km. Beautiful traditional 1930 renovated farm. Charming little typical hamlet in the heart of the fields and meadows. Very quiet. Very good comfort. Cosy and warm. Lots of charm. West facing balcony. Wide carefully landscaped private garden. Preserved natural setting. Beautiful views of the massif. Detached house located 24km from the beach of Lake Annecy. In the heart of the Massif des Bauges Regional Park, preserved and renowned for its cheese, the Tome des Bauges classified AOC since 2002. Magnificent hikes of all levels, on foot and by bike, as well as many nature and sports activities in the surrounding village resorts. 3km away, leisure center and landscaped lake. Ideally located between Chambéry and Annecy, cities of "Art and History", 28km away. A stay in the fresh air of a gentle mountain!
