"We had an amazing time.We stayed two weeks - with my wife, 2 daughters and my parents. Everyone had their own room and the place was clean, well air conditioned and had everything we needed to be at home while away. David had transport ready for us when we landed and a car waiting for us when we got to the villa. Our goal was to try as many beaches as possible during our stay but on the days when someone didnt feel up to it, everyone was super excited to spend the day at the villa and do a pool day in the beautiful pool. The view was amazing, the sunset was spectacular the place is big enough that everyone had their spots, whether with the family or when they wanted to be alone. When I had questions, David responded quickly and after two weeks, all anyone can say is good things about the spot."

"The views from this house are absolutely stunning! The pool is very large and was cleaned several times during our stay. The beach was literal steps from the back of the house. We didn’t float in the ocean directly behind the house due to the strong current and rocks but there are several beaches within a ten minute drive if that’s what you are looking for. We found the beach perfect for enjoying a glass of wine at the end of the day.The master is separate from the rest of the bedrooms which was nice. Since we were there two weeks, someone came and changed linens and cleaned in the middle of our stay. Each bedroom had their own private bathrooms.Each main room and bedroom had separate air conditioners and they had no trouble keeping up with the July heat. This property was very safe (gated community and gate outside the house) and was within a good proximity to several different areas of the island. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to a return visit!"

"The house was beautiful and the stay was amazing. I've stayed at a lot of different homes in my travels and this was by far the most gracious and best host I have ever had. The hosts were extremely kind and accommodating. I would strongly recommend this property or any property that these owners have. I would gladly stay with them again, and would hopefully stay at this property again.The property was well cared for and every bit as amazing if not more so then the pictures show. I can't wait for my next visit.Location was also ideal for us, being just across the boarder on the French side but still very close to the Dutch side and in our opinion some of the best beaches in St. Martin. If you want a busier beach with restaurants nearby that's available within 5 min. If you want a private secluded beach with no one around, that's available within 5 min. It has all the best things the island has to offer within a short distance."

"Location is the best! Easy to get to from the airport. If you arrive midafternoon or later you want to stay close to Maho or you will be in hours of traffic as you go toward Simpson Bay. Best pool we have been in on the island. Larger than most villas we have stayed in on the Island. Pat the house keeper is excellent , the grounds keeper keeps things nice and tidy. Recommend Miskito spray and bring water shoes as lite showers makes the tile step a bit slippery. This is our second stay at this villa and we have it reserved again next year"
