2-star furnished tourist accommodation in the Saint Pierre Arago district. Ideally located with direct access to the beach and shops, this house is just steps from the Arago market.
This house features an enclosed garden with patio furniture, a charcoal barbecue, and bicycle storage.
On the ground floor, you'll find an entrance hall and a living room opening onto the kitchen. The living room includes a sofa, a television, and a table. The kitchen includes an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator/freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a gas stove.
Upstairs, you'll find a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a first bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed and a 90x190 cm bed, and a washbasin area. A second bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed and a 2x90x190 cm bunk bed. Fiber optic and Wi-Fi are included. Reference MAIS 12
