"From the location, just off the ring road roundabout, you would not think of this hotel - and what a treat you would miss. "Hotel is 25 min drive to Amboise. The hotel does have restaurant but very limited seating and for dinner , we found that the restaurants in Amboise were great but you do need a car. Hotel is on a manual accounting system so errors did occur on the bill. Management is unwilling to make any adjustments after you leave property so need to check the invoice closely. "

"What a special spot! We loved everything about our stay and only wish that we could have stayed longer! Our host was friendly, welcoming and very helpful. She shared great insight and history about the property and about the surrounding area. We got great suggestions about highlights for our visit. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a unique decor. Breakfast was perfect with options for sitting inside or outside. We would love to go back and would recommend a stay to anyone visiting the Loire Valley areas. "
