「Reception staff very friendly and welcoming. Really tasty breakfast. Comfortable bed. Garden view room was ok, cleanliness should have been better. Mouldy shower screen, floor and walls. Sink dirty around plug area. Thick dust on wall above fridge area. Constant water dripping on outdoor seating area from balcony above. Could have been great but felt let down. Reported on 1st night of 3 night stay. Not sorted.」

「It was very loud outside as my room was on the ground floor. I could hear the cars passing by a lot, it was not relaxing. The room is not very big, would only recommend for sleeping and not relaxing in. The staff were great and the interior was lovely, with a brand new shower. Location is great too but would recommend staying on the 1st floor or higher」
