A 95m² penthouse apartment with 70m² habitable space offering 4 bedrooms on the 3rd floor with lift - a combination of authentic construction and modern fixtures and fittings, with North and West exposure and views over the Old Village from the living area.
Capacity: 8 persons maximum

 
DESCRIPTION:
- entrance hallway with bench and coat hooks
- large living area with an equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge under the eves bathed in light from the velux. Access to a North East-facing balcony from the dining area
- corridor leading to 4 bedrooms one after another
- en suite twin bedroom under the eves with two single 80x200cm beds, with shower, basin, towel rail, and WC.  
- en suite twin/double bedroom with two single 90x200cm beds which can be joined to make a double bed; shower, basin, towel rail, and WC.
- en suite double bedroom with shower, basin, towel rail, WC. 160X200cm double bed.
- master bedroom with shower, basin, towel rail, WC. 160X200cm double bed. West-facing.
 
FACILITIES:
Individual electric heating, TV in the lounge and all bedrooms, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine, ceramic hob, fridge, oven, food mixer, raclette/hot stone machine, vacuum cleaner, wood-burning stove (wood provided and stored on level -1), feather pillows.
 
OTHER FACILITIES:
One private covered parking space (H: 1.95m, L: 4.80m, W: 2.30m)
 
SERVICES INCLUDED WITH WINTER RENTAL:
End-of-stay clean, household linens (sheets, pillowcases and duvet cover), towels and bath mat.
Bed-making and bathrobe rental optional.
 
SUMMER RENTAL:
End-of-stay clean included.

Appartement génial!

Un appartement au top! Propreté impeccable! Vraiment super bien placé que ce soit pour le ski ou très au calme pour la nuit. L’appartement est cosy et vraiment c’est un super cocon où il fait bon se retrouver auprès du poêle le soir après une bonne journée de ski.
