We welcome you to the Balcons du Sud residence, which includes two T1 bis and a villa that can accommodate up to 14 people. They are located in Les Avirons, in the southwest of the island.



This large villa "Pearl of the Ocean" designed for 8 people is ideal for a peaceful stay with family or friends in the southwest of the Island.

An independent kitchen, with a view of the pool, designed for your stay, with all kitchen crockery and utensils, kettle, coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, microwave, as well as a refrigerator and freezer.

Two master suites with a queen-size bed, private bathroom and wardrobe. One of the suites opens onto a balcony with sea view.

Tres belle villa

La villa est tres belle avec une tres jolie vue. Attention à l'accès, qui peut surprendre: chemin extrèmement pentu. Le gros bémol de cette location est le gestionnaire immobilier qui ne remplit pas ses obligations: Le four ne fonctionnait pas, ainsi que les prises de courant de la cuisine. Le lave-vaisselle était hors-service Le lave-linge fonctionnait aléatoirement et le local dans lequel il est n'avait pas d'éclairage. La cafetięre était défectueuse ( seul équipement que nous avons réussi à faire remplacer). La terrasse est munie d'une foule d'interrupteurs d'éclairage, mais la plupart ne fonctionnent pas. En définitive, cette villa méritera une excellente note quand elle sera gérée par des gens sérieux et compétents. Dans l'état actuel, je ne conseille absolument pas.
