We had no hot water for 3 hours after arriving and had to walk to a nearby hotel to get hold of a member of staff who eventually sorted the situation.
The advert stated ‘free breakfast’ and ‘free airport transfer’ Neither were available and were our main reasons for booking the hotel. Regarding the breakfast, we were leaving early (7.45am) and asked if it would be possible to provide a breakfast box. This was apparently not possible. There were no staff onsite at any point during our stay. Only a phone number at the reception desk.
We understand that the hotel had closed for the winter but still accepted our booking. Very disappointed
