The property is located in Località Guercio, just behind the village of Pugliola and a short walk from the Lerici coastline. You can drive right up to the house and enter through the garden into an open-plan living area with a kitchen corner, dining space, and lounge, which opens onto a spacious balcony. Foyer Verde Mare features a double bedroom with dresser, open wardrobe, and balcony access. Above the living area, a wooden mezzanine with exposed beams and skylight offers a second double bed. The apartment also includes a bathroom with a large walk-in shower.



Enjoy views of the surrounding hills from the balcony, furnished with a table for six, or relax and sunbathe in the garden in front of the house. Private parking is provided, and there is a secure area for storing bicycles.
