Cet hôtel est dans la campagne. Nous sommes restés 3 nuits pour visiter la région, il est très bien placé en voiture. Par contre, hors saison, on se sent seuls, nous étions même une nuit les seuls clients, sans personne autre que nous dans tout l’hôtel. Nous sommes même arrivés au petit déjeuner (très minimal) avant le serveur!

Posto molto bello, colazione molto povera

Struttura molto bella e camere arredate con gusto e spaziose, ma colazione davvero misera. Solo un cornetto o pasticciotto a scelta e un caffè o cappuccino a scelta. Tutto il resto è extra. Davvero triste un buffet poco variegato e con queste regole "tristi" in un posto così bello e curato: una nota davvero stonata.

Ho pernottato 10 giorni in questa struttura, ambiente piacevole, area piscina incantevole, pulizia camere discretamente buona, servizi essenziali, ottima colazione, servita da ragazzi super educati e gentili. Ho richiesto dopo la prima notte, alcune accortezze in reception, ed hanno accolto immediatamente la fin da subito l’esigenza. In alcuni giorni della settimana organizzano degli eventi eccezionali. Complimenti, Ginko!!!

Soggiornato in questa struttura per un paio di giorni, per cercare di “riposarsi” e “rilassarsi” durante le vacanze estive. Note positive: bella location, piscina ampia ben tenuta e pulita. Note negative: personale poco attento, spesso maleducato, frigorifero della camera assolutamente non funzionante e nonostante sia stato segnalato non ci è stato sostituito. Inoltre a quanto pare nel bar del ristorante non utilizzano tazze in ceramica ma tazze di carta rovinando completamente il gusto del caffè o del cappuccino e se si richiede una tazza in ceramica si viene risposti sgarbatamente. Mi dispiace ma a mio parere la struttura non merita le 4 stelle dichiarate soprattutto per la maleducazione del personale (ci tengo a ripeterlo), se si paga il servizio di un 4 stelle non ci si aspetta minimamente un trattamento del genere.

Sämsta hotellet jag bott på

Otrevlig upplevelse att bo på detta hotell. Sämsta service vi varit med om och man kände sig inte välkommen. Vi fick inte tillgång till parasoll vid poolen, dessa var för dagsgäster. Fick inte heller använda vilka solsängar som helst, och fick i restaurangen sitta enbart vid barbord då de lägre middagsborden var för andra besökare. Vår ytterdörr till rummet gick inte att stänga utan att låsa med nyckel inifrån. Men det största problemet var att det var fest/konsert/event varje kväll och natt, fram till kl 6.00 på morgonen. Detta gjorde det i princip omöjligt att sova. Framgick inte vid bikning. Kan inte rekommendera någon att bo på detta hotell, var en fruktansvärd upplevelse.

Schrecklicher Aufenthalt - Nie wieder! Wir haben 8 Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht und waren durchweg enttäuscht. Die Essenauswahl war jeden Tag gleich. Jeden Morgen gab es ein verbranntes Croissant, ein kleines Gebäck, ein kleines Joghurt, ein Stück Wassermelone und ein Stück Honigmelone. Das Wasser wurde in Plastikbechern serviert. Der Kaffee wurde in Pappbechern angeboten. Es gab Tage, an denen Joghurt und Früchte vollständig fehlten, sodass nur Croissants serviert wurden. Beim Frühstück gab es einen Mitarbeiter, der die Gäste jedes Mal belehrte, nicht mehr als ein Croissant pro Person zu nehmen. Aufgrund seiner Zuckungen im Gesicht machte den Eindruck, als ob dieser Mitarbeiter gerade auf Drogen sei. Das Zimmer war extrem laut wegen der Musikpartys, die jeden Abend stattfanden. Es war unmöglich, in Ruhe zu schlafen oder sich zu entspannen. Im Badezimmer fanden wir Fäkalienflecken an der Wand, was absolut ekelerregend war. Zudem gab es im Zimmer keinen WLAN-Empfang. Vor dem Hauseingang gab es ein Ameisennest, sodass man sich draußen nicht aufhalten konnte. Die Ameisen waren auch im Bett. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt eine Katastrophe. Wir werden definitiv dieses Hotel niemandem empfehlen. Es war eine durchweg negative Erfahrung, die unseren Urlaub erheblich beeinträchtigt hat. Wenn Sie auf der Suche nach einem Abenteuerurlaub sind, bei dem Sie sich wie ein Ameisenbär fühlen und Ihre Croissants rationiert werden, dann ist dieses Hotel genau das Richtige für Sie!

Struttura consigliatissima al centro del Salento dove in Max 1h e mezza raggiungi tutti i posti più bellI del Salento😍 Personalie cordiale , gentile e disponibile soprattutto Giuseppe Pastano, Emmaa tutti davvero molto disponibili ad esaudire ogni esigenza 👏 Noi abbiamo soggiornato 9 gg con mio marito e i miei 2 bambini di 11 e 6 anni ai quali ho sempre insegnato che “La diversità “ è un pregio e non un “ difetto” … Ah dimenticavo spettacoli e serate a tema molto belle . Hotellet er ett spennende prosjekt men man bør treffe på event datoer. Utenfor er det bare litt halvveis. Søppelet etter festene fløt rundt. Begrenset utvalg av mat og drikke. Trodde det var ett voksent publikum: men mye barn og barne familier. Pluss: bassenget var virkelig kaldt som var magisk i varmen.

Ottima la colazione, belle e pulite le camere, tutti gentilissimi e molto disponibili ma qualche problema comunque c'è stato: - ben 2 volte su 3 abbiamo trovato la stanza non chiusa a chiave dal personale delle pulizie, ed una volta addirittura la porta era mezza aperta. Considerando che di giorno dalle 10 alle 19 eravamo in spiaggia di certo la nostre cose non erano custodite. - al ristorante il cameriere, ci ha servito un piatto errato e conscio dell'errore evidenziato chiaramente da noi, ha arrampicato scuse e non ci ha sostituito il piatto, tuttavia al momento di pagare il conto una responsabile ha riconosciuto e risolto professionalmente l'inghippo non addebitando il piatto. - piscina bella ed ampia ma con obbligo cuffia (nel 2020...) non mi capitava da anni.

un bel posto strategicamente collocato

Complesso architettonicamente molto carino e affascinante, anche se un po' sperso ed isolato. Posizione strategica e ben collegato da superstrade per raggiungere rapidamente le diverse località di interesse del Salento. Servizio ed accoglienza eccellente. Piscina molto bella (peccato per i supplementi anche a carico degli ospiti dell'hotel). Ristorante gradevole con cucina eccellente.

Alors un hôtel très joli sur photo mais ... au pied d’une grand route. Une chambre humide avec une salle de bain à l’ancienne avec un pommeau de douche cassé (signale mais pas réparé) deux nuits passées dans cet établissement .... concernant le petit déjeuner BUFFET. Invisible le premier jour il n’y avait pas assez de chambre dans l’hôtel pour nous préparer un buffet. Le deuxième jour un buffet ... petit ... tout petit mais malheureusement le pain planc était moisi. Il ne datait pas d’hier car il n’y avait pas de buffet ;-) . Bref un hôtel à éviter. Il n’y a que la piscine qui était belle. Il y a tant de beaux logements dans les pouilles, passez votre chemin.

Bel endroit et près des villes du sud des Pouilles

Ce site est excentré.il faut absolument une voiture. Il est comme un resort de 4 étoiles dans un champ perdu entre deux villes. Sur le site, c’est Vraiment bien. Il y a une grosse piscine avec plusieurs transats, un bar, un resto. Le petit déjeuner italien était compris et sous forme de buffet avec beaucoup de choix: de pâtisseries, jambon, fromage, yogourt et même des oeufs et rôtis. Le personnel à notre service avait le sourire. Nous y étions pour 3 nuits à la dernière semaine de septembre et il y avait peu de clients. Leur saison était presque terminée. Nous avions choisi cet endroit pour nous déplacer et visiter le sud des Pouilles. Parfait!
