"The young man that greeted us at the front desk was very kind and helpful. He made us and our cats feel welcome! Our room was very clean and modern. We had a nice stay!"

"Location was perfect. About a 15 min walk to/from the University. Was centered around a lot of eateries and coffee stops. Wasn’t to please about the $15 parking fee. Room was really nice and clean. Loved the bathroom. Bed was super soft & comfy. I asked about purchasing the bedding. Breakfast had a lot of options from cereal, bagels, to fresh waffles & fruit. Area was nice and clean. "

"My husband and I had been staying here, while our new place was finishing up. The price was right, but I must say the customer service is non existent. The laundry facilities are in non working order taking my money and when brought to staffs attention it was ignored. Going on our second week , we were short on funds and had to wait until 2am for money to arrive. I booked a room immediately and told the same staff member that if we could check in now, we would be out at check out time11am. She would not allow us to check it to a. Paid room!! The owners are never available and the kids will beg you for a cig as soon as you step on the property. Not super clean,not super dirty.After spending the kind of money it cost to stay here, I really expected a better experience, and there is absolutely no breakfast at all. "

"I keep coming back to Hyatt and always have a great stay-but the breakfast was pretty pitiful. I didn’t have time in my morning to speak to someone about it-there was a small pot of eggs and I only got a couple tablespoons off the sides at 7am."
