"Fantastic stay at Mainao Hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating—always greeting us with a smile. We booked 9 rooms, and every single one was clean, spacious, and very well equipped for short or longer stays, with plenty of drawers and storage to truly settle in. They were exceptionally thoughtful, even asking our schedules so they could plan maintenance around our time out exploring. The location is perfect—easy walk to the pier, shops, dive centers, and excursions. Hot showers with great water pressure and plenty of fresh water available to refill bottles were big pluses. Highly recommend Mainao Hotel for comfort, convenience, and outstanding hospitality in the Galápagos."
